Responsibilities: • Manage the procurement process for goods and services, including researching, sourcing, and negotiating with vendors • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards • Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers • Manage and track inventory levels and delivery schedules • Ensure that all purchases are within budget Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field • 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other purchasing software • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of purchasing principles and best practices • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure • Familiarity with contract law and negotiation techniques • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors
